1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MORPHE application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MORPHE is a dream analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to provide psychological interpretations of your dream narratives. The App offers voice recording, transcription, AI-powered analysis, and a personal dream journal.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
- MORPHE offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription.
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($49.99/year).
- A 7-day free trial is available for new premium subscribers.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase applies to their subscription.
5. Free Tier Limitations
- Free accounts are limited to 3 dream analyses total (lifetime).
- Free analyses use standard AI processing (MORPHE Standard Analysis).
- Deep Analysis (MORPHE Deep Mind™) is available exclusively to premium subscribers.
- Dream Card sharing includes a MORPHE watermark for free users.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or security measures.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.
- Attempt to overload or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
- The MORPHE name, logo, design, and all related trademarks are our property.
- "MORPHE Deep Mind™" is a trademark of MORPHE.
- Your dream content (recordings, transcripts, analyses) belongs to you.
- By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.
- AI-generated analyses are provided for personal use and may not be commercially redistributed.
8. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice
MORPHE provides AI-generated dream interpretations for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. The App does NOT provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Dream analyses should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
- MORPHE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated analyses.
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on dream interpretations.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
11. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the App settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
