How do I record a dream?

Open the app, tap the microphone button on the home screen, and narrate your dream. Recording stops automatically at 3 minutes (free) or 10 minutes (Premium). Make sure microphone permission is granted in your device settings.

How many dream analyses do I get for free?

The free tier includes 3 lifetime AI dream analyses. Premium subscribers get up to 3 deep "Deep Mind" analyses per day with the more powerful Gemini Pro AI model.

What is MORPHE Deep Mind™?

Deep Mind is the Premium-only analysis mode that uses a more sophisticated AI model to produce a 4-section psychological breakdown of your dream: Shadow Confrontation, The Awakening Call, Personal Context Mapping, and detailed symbolic interpretation.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial when they first subscribe. After 7 days, the subscription auto-renews at $6.99/month or $39.99/year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Only one free trial per new subscriber.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app, go to the paywall or Profile screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

Why is my dream analysis taking time?

AI analysis usually completes in 10-30 seconds depending on dream length and network speed. If it takes longer than 60 seconds, check your internet connection or try recording a shorter dream.

Is my dream data private?

Yes. Audio recordings are sent securely to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for transcription and analysis, then deleted from our servers. Your dream text is stored privately in your account and is never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Open the app → Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated dream data. You can also request deletion via our Delete Account page.

Does MORPHE work offline?

You can view previously saved dreams offline, but recording new dreams and AI analysis require an internet connection.

What languages does MORPHE support?

MORPHE works in 12 languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, and Russian. The app auto-detects your device language and translates both voice input and AI analysis output.
